Shirley J. Tipton

Shirley J. Tipton, nee Waggoner, age 74 of Caseyville, IL, died on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Tipton; her parents, Robert and Wilma, Waggoner, nee Alexander; and her brother, Robert “Galo” Waggoner.

Shirley is survived by her children, Angie (Foster) Sqrow of Ballwin, MO and Jerry (Jaime) Tipton of Tucson, AZ; her 5 grandchildren, Arden Grace, Finley and Fischer Sqrow and Finley and Remi Tipton.  She is also survived by her sisters, Patricia Beasley of Covington, TN and Sandra Dodson of Collinsville, IL.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Hal Santos officiating.  Interment will be held in Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, MO.
