Samantha S. Lindsey

Samantha S. Lindsey, age 36, of Granite City, IL, born on December 29, 1984, died on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Gateway Regional Medical Center, Granite City, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Morgan; her mother, Alisa Lindsey; her grandmothers, Patricia Lindsey and Kathryn Eastwood; her grandfathers, Fred McClanahan, Sr., and Paul Eastwood, Sr.; and her uncle, Paul Eastwood, Jr.

Samantha is survived by her children, Shaila, Chloe, Hailey, Alexis and Shelton Bray; her father, Charles Lindsey; her sisters, Alisa Lindsey and Bailey Lindsey; her brothers, Matthew Brimer and Dallas Stubblefield-Rank; her nieces, Kathryn Jacks, Heidi VanVoltenburg, and Elizabeth VanVoltenburg; her great nieces and great nephews, Nicholas Yon, Senyah Green, Elona Green, Jakob Jacks, Braxton Jacks, Jayce VanVoltenburg, Temperance VanVoltenburg, Layfon VanVoltenburg, and Avonte Allmon; her aunts, Karen Clark, Nancy McClanahan, Lynda Fisher, and Judith Costello; her uncles, Jerry (Georgia) Costello, Michael (Patrice) Costello, Randy Eastwood, David Eastwood, Bobby McClanahan, and Fred McClanahan, Jr.; and her great-great uncle, Mickey McClanahan. Samantha is also survived by many cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL.  Interment will be held in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
