Obituary
Rosamond L. “Mickey” Brummer, age 96, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on July 3, 1926, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Liberty Village, Maryville, IL.
Mickey was a clerk at Union National Bank for 39 years, and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul C. and Mary Ellen, nee Devan Brummer, Sr; and her brothers, Paul E. (Ginger) Brummer, Jr., and John E. (Peggy) Brummer.
Mickey is survived by nieces and nephews, Mary Ellen (John) Boyne, Marcia Brummer Buono, Cynthia Brummer, James Brummer, Stephen (Kathy) Brummer, and Mark (Alice) Mullen. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
A special thanks to everyone at Liberty Village in Maryville, IL for their care and attention to Mickey.
Memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Belleville, IL, with Father Matt Elie officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel, Belleville, IL.
