Patricia Ann (Allard) Lekosky

Patricia Ann “ Pat” Lekosky,  age 81, of Fairmont City, IL, born on  January 20, 1937 in East St. Louis, IL died on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Memorial Hospital, O’Fallon,  IL.

Pat was worked as a former cashier at Kmart. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who  also enjoyed bingo games and lottery scratch off tickets.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Virginia nee George, Allard; brothers Ralph Allard, Robert Allard, sisters Carol Gordon, and Mary Kincaid

Pat is survived by her husband John Lekosky ; daughters, Cindy (Kevin) Trepka of Troy, IL, Deb Kinder of Troy, IL, Jean (Ernest) Durloo of East Alton, IL, Mary (Tony) Leone  of Troy, IL; her brother Paul (Tama) Allard of Swansea, IL.: her grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Alex, Elizabeth, Travis (Megan), Camille, Jonathan, Zachary L, Taylor, and Zachary S.; great grandchildren, Penelope, Jersey, Owen, Adrian, Victoria and Dylan.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Louis Children Hospital, St. Louis, MO
