Novan Lynne Willoughby, age 60, of Belleville, IL, born on October 8, 1959 in Pueblo, TX, died on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Novan worked in the Human Resource Department at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Shiloh, IL, and was formerly with Barber Voss Home Health Agency in Belleville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Alice Teague, nee Sacks; and her sister, Inez Lampe.

She is survived by her children, Damian Willoughby (fiancé, Rachael Kelly) of Belleville, IL; and Desiree Willoughby (Chris Williams) of Trenton, IL; her grandchildren, Cayden Willoughby and Legend Williams; her brothers, Michael (Carla) Teague of Kansas City, MO, William (Pam) Teague of Rend Lake, IL and Lowell (Lisa) Teague of Lenexa, Kansas; and her brother-in-law, Randy Lampe of Fairview Heights. Novan is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date due to Covid-19.
