Maria Fe Shrontz

Maria Fe Shrontz, age 57, of Shiloh, IL, born on November 22, 1960 in the Philippines, died on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Evelyn’s House, Creve Coeur, MO.

Maria was a member of All Saints of North America Orthodox Church.  She loved to fish and crochet.  Maria was a wonderful gardener, seamstress and quilter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucibar Filomino Sabariz Sr. and Monina Sabariz, nee Zabala.

Maria is survived by her husband, Charles Shrontz; her children, Mary (Richard) Mathews of Grand Forks, ND and Stephen Shrontz of Shiloh, IL; her grandchildren, Madeline Morgan and Jeremiah Mathews; and her siblings, Rodrigo Sabariz, Sr., Eva Sabariz, Ena Ringelberg, Ninfa Tiempo, Elvira Sabariz, Josephine Sabariz and Lucibar Sabariz, Jr.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 22, 2018 at St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 405 Huntwood Rd., Swansea, IL 62226.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 22, 2018 at St. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 405 Huntwood Rd., Swansea, IL 62226 with Fr. Achilles Karathanos and Fr. Steven Salaris officiating. Interment will be held in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Shiloh, IL.
