Dorothy L. Kite

Dorothy L. Kite, age 64, of Collinsville, IL, born on February 8, 1956 in East St. Louis, IL, died on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.   

Dorothy was a proud homemaker, mother, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by son, James “Jay” Littlejohn; and her parents, Charles and Wanda Lee, nee Alexander, Vogler.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Brandy (Dale) Kircher, Dawn Kite, Stacy (Ben) McAllister, and David Littlejohn; her grandchildren, Raymond “RJ” Kite, Patricia “Trish” Kite, Heather (Joseph) Hicks, Jason Littlejohn, and James Littlejohn; and her siblings, Margaret Lemanski, Wilma Jo Deloney-Pena, Peggy Rader, Julia Vogler, Michael Alexander, Tina (Jerry) Boykin, Charles Vogler, Theresa Hooker, Thomas (Tammy) Vogler, Rose Vogler, John Vogler, Bernadette ( Henry) McBride, and Wanda (Richard) Merrifield.  She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Father Stan Konieczny officiating. Internment will be at St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
