Donnie D. Humphreys

Donnie D. Humphreys, nee Baker, age 83, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on February 27, 1935 in Webster, MO, died on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Breese Nursing Home, Breese, IL. 

Donnie was a homemaker. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 8677, Fairview Heights, IL. She was a former member of St. Albert the Great Catholic in Fairview Heights, IL. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, John Humphreys; her daughter, Theresa Farley; three sisters and one brother. 

Donnie is survived by her children, Joe Baker of Payson, AZ, Patty Humphreys of Fairview Heights, IL, and Rich (Peggy) Humphreys of Bartelso, IL; her grandchildren, Amber Baker, Mariah Baker, Cody Baker, Timothy Humphreys, John M. Humphreys, Mindy Schaeffer, Mandy (Dominic) Dizes, and Ashley (Joe) Giglotto; and her great-grandchildren, Madison Ann Humphries, McKenzie Kay Humphreys, Callie Aleene Baker, Savannah Dizes, and Lucas Giglotto.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association or the Alzheimer’s Foundation. 

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL. 

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd, Fairview Heights, IL.  Interment in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
