Dolores Redman

Dolores Redman, nee Vlahek, age 91, of Caseyville, IL, born January 13, 1932, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Friday, March 17, 2023, at her residence.

Dolores worked at Aiken’s Grocery Store for 15 years as a retail clerk. She was a member of Ladies of the Moose Lodge #4.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Redman, who passed away October 19, 1979; her parents, Anton and Stella, nee Zurowski, Vlahek; her 2 sisters, Rose Drake and Josephine Williams; and a brother, Tony Vlahek.

Surviving are her children, LaDonna Ebel of Millstadt, IL and Tim (Sandy) Redman of Caseyville, IL; her 5 grandchildren, Justin Sheeley Anton Redman, Fallon (Brent) Donovan, Lesley (Scott) Sareny and Lauren Ebel; and 2 great grandchildren, Lucy Sareny and Eloise Donovan.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Henry’s Catholic Church.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL, with Rev. Kenneth York officiating. Interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
