Destiny Dawne Butler

Our beautiful angel, Destiny Dawne Butler, was taken to heaven on November 25, 2022. She was a loving mother of two boys, Gavyn Heisner and Kamryn Rice.  Destiny was born on October 10, 1988. She was our golden gift from God, always a shining ray of light to those who knew her. Loving and kind, always shining her light onto others.

Destiny leaves behind her loving fiancé, Timothy Stallings; mother, Antoinette Gregory; father, Granville Butler II (Janet Hampton); her two boys, Gavyn and Kamryn; two sisters, Desiree Butler and Mercedes Butler (Javier Camacho); loving nephews, Xander and Antonio; loving nieces Karizma and Kattaleia, of whom she was so very proud of; and her aunt, April Martin.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Linda Gregory Martin and Anthony Schoate; her paternal grandparents, Joan Griffin and Grandville “Hollis” Butler Sr.; Aunt Carole Jean Butler; and dearest friends, Stacy Trione and Emilee Heacock.

Visitation will be held on Saturday December 3, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary Ltd.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 3, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Dave Amsden officiating. Interment will follow at Caseyville City Cemetery, in Caseyville, IL.
