Deborah Pea

Deborah F. Pea, nee Cantrell, age 64, Caseyville, IL, born on December 23, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN, died on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.  

Deborah was a homemaker who was selflessly devoted to her family. She loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart and was excited to learn that she was going to be a great grandmother. She worked at J.R.’s Meat Market in Caseyville, IL.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harve and Beatrice, nee Piper, Cantrell; her daughter, Dawn M. Pea; and two sisters and a brother, Janice Cantrell Walker, Theresa Cantrell, and Jeff Cantrell.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Dennis H. Pea Sr., of Caseville, IL; her son, Dennis H. Pea II, of Caseyville, IL; her grandchildren, Carlee Pea, Kyle Pea, Logan Abernathy, and Dakota Carlyle; her great grandbaby on the way; and her siblings, Shirley Cantrell, Darell Cantrell, and Steve Cantrell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the family and will be accepted at the mortuary.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022,  at 11:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL, with Chaplain Cari Frus officiating.  Interment will be in St. Clair Memorial Park, Fairview Heights, IL.
