Dana R. Boyer

Dana R. Boyer, age 53, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on August 18, 1966 in Indiana, died on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Dana graduated from Belleville East High School and worked as a hair stylist at Great Clips. She enjoyed going to the lake, camping, boating, and spending time at her grandparent’s house in Keyesport, IL.  She also enjoyed being at her aunt’s farm in the summer.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald C. and Darlene Boyer, nee, Welsh; and her nephew, Trevor Boyer.

She  is survived by her siblings, Lori (Rusty) Flesner and Ronald (Shawn) Boyer; her nieces and nephews, Lindsay (Chance) Coleman, Brittany Flesner, Tori Flesner, Haley Flesner, Blake Boyer, Jordyn Boyer, Jaxson Boyer, and Grayson Boyer; and her great-nephew, Landon Coleman.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.

Private services will be held at a later date.
