Charles M. Richards

Charles Michael Richards, age 74, of Caseyville, IL, born on July 18, 1945 in Doolittle, MO, died on Wednesday, October 15, 2019 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

Charles was a forklift driver for Pepsi Beverages, St. Louis, MO for over 30 years.  He also worked part time as a police dispatcher for Washington Park, National City, Madison, and lastly for Caseyville.  He was a member of the Moose Lodge #4, Caseyville, IL, Fraternal Order of Eagles #1126, Granite City, IL and a member of the NRA. 

He is survived by two brothers; one sister; and his dear friends, Sandy Warner Jenkins & Family; Raymond (Lisa) Chesney & Family, Trina (Terry) Rea & Family; and Craig.

Memorials may be made to the Caseyville Fire Department or to the American Cancer Society.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. Fairview Heights, IL with Fr. Nick Junker officiating.  Interment will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
