My condolences to the Cich, Kruta and Kassly families on the loss of Stella. I grew up on Pleasant Lane and would recite the names of the people in the homes as I went down the street. Pleasant Lane will not be the same without her. She was a great neighbor and a wonderful friend for my mother, Dorothy. I remember many a coffee klatch being held and all of the females on our street in attendance. She was always kind with a word of encouragement. I am so sorry for your loss.

I had the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Cich since I was a little boy. I also know her first name Mrs. You girls have great memories to live with. She helped me for 25 years with my Ethnic Day and she will always live in my heart. My deepest sympathy to everyone involved. She was a great woman. She always knew family came first.

You have my deepest condolences on the loss of your mother. May you find peace and solace in your memories of her and in the impact she had on her friends and family. I did not have the good fortune to know her but I know Libby and in knowing her and having her share stories about her Mom over the years, I feel the echo of her life resonate in me, This is the one of the greatest gifts of humanity...that I and others can be blessed to know her through those that are left behind. In this way her legacy will live on in those who loved her and were fortunate enough to have their lives graced by her presence. The loss of a loved one is difficult under any circumstances. Every life is unique and her passing leaves a whole in the fabric of the universe that cannot be filled. But never stop sharing her stories so that the beauty of her life lives on and on!
