I worked indirectly with Bill for over 10 years. He always treated me with kindness and respect in a setting where that wasn't always the behavior exhibited by others. What an interesting, intelligent and overall good person we have lost. Cheers Bill.

Bill and I worked together some 40 years ago at Shannon & Wilson. We shared a lot of time working with each other on the Clarence Cannon Dam for Mark Twain Lake. He was a thorough professional and truly one of the original who could be classified as an engineering geologist.
