Walter A. Smith

Walter A. Smith, age 70, of Caseyville, IL, born on January 14, 1953, in Poplar Bluff, MO, died on Friday, September 1, 2023, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’Fallon, IL.

Walter was a 1970 graduate of Subiaco Academy, Subiaco, Arkansas; and he retired from Raytheon as a airplane mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn, nee Hirtz, and Albinus Smith.

Walter is survived by his siblings, Grace (Lee) Jordan, Shirley (Charles) Best, and Alan Smith.

Per Walter’s wishes, no service will be held.
