Vernon Buneta

Vernon Buneta, age 69, of Beckemeyer, IL, born on July 22, 1951 in East St. Louis, IL, died on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Highland Health Care, Highland, IL.

Vernon worked for 30 years at the Chrysler Plant in Fenton, MO.  He was a graduate of East St. Louis High School.  He was an avid collector of many things.  Vernon was a loving uncle to his nieces, Sarah and Hannah as well as his great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Lorayne, nee LaFerire, Buneta.

He is survived by his siblings, Vincent K. (Terry) Buneta, Jr., and Valerie (Jack) Ernst. 

Memorials may be made to Stray Rescue of St. Louis or to Randy’s Rescue Ranch, O’Fallon, IL.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
