Theresa A. Lee

Theresa Ann Lee died peacefully at home with her family.  Theresa was born at Tachikawa AFB, Japan where her family was stationed with the United States Airforce.

Theresa attended Belleville East High School and was a day-program client at St. Clair County Vocational Enterprises (SAVE) for many years where she made wonderful friends. She was always loving and fun.  Theresa enjoyed music, dancing, bowling, miniature golf, ice cream, spending time at the lake house, and ‘Charlie’s Angels”. She had an impeccable sense of timing such as shouting “Gravy Train” as the bells sounded for communion at St. Albert the Great Parish’s Sunday mass.

She was a member of Parent Teachers of Exceptional Children (PTOEC) and participated in Special Olympics.  She won numerous medals for track & field and bowling.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Colonel Maurice E. Lee, Jr., and Agnes “Jo” Lee.

She is survived by her sister, Karen (Ronald) Hindman; her brothers, Maurice E. Lee III, of San Francisco, CA, and Kevin (Susan) Lee of Lafayette, CO; her niece, Melissa (Chad) Elliott; her nephews, Matthew Hindman, and Patrick (Colleen) Lee; and her “grands”…. Stella and Alice, Ava, Aden and Molly.
