Steve G. Lexow

Steve G. Lexow, age 66, of Collinsville, IL, born on October 8, 1957, in Alton, IL, died on Monday, June 10, 2024, at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George A. and Sylvia K. Lexow, nee Vogel; his aunt, Rosalie Wilman; his uncles Don Lexow and Bill Vogel; and his cousin, Jeff McNeilly.

Steve is survived by his wife, MK Dashke; his siblings, Deborah A. Lexow, Kathi (Michael) Lexow Paley, Cindi (Steven) Lexow Luebbert, David J. (Carma Ranae) Lexow, and Carol Lexow (Phil Hatfield); his nieces, Britt Pimental and Ciara Pimental; his nephews, Vincent P. (Alison B.) Mathias, Jr., Bryson A. Lexow, and Triston O. (Magdellen) Lexow; his great nephew, Maxwell A. Mathias; aunts and uncles, Lawrence (Diane, nee Schlemer) Lexow, Shirley Lexow, and Dorothy Ann McNeilly; and his cousins, Christy Lexow, Scott McNeilly, Lori Szegedy, Sheri Schroetter, Mike Lexow, Donna Lexow, Diane Lexow, Tami Lexow, Greg Willman and Andi Willman.

A Celebration of Steve's life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the SIUE Center for Spirituality and Sustainability (Buckminster Fuller Dome) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. At 12:00 p.m., attendees will be invited to share their remembrances of Steve.
