Stephen F. Kouchnerkavich, Jr., age 79, of Freeburg, IL, born on September 8, 1943, in Travers City, MI, died on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, O'Fallon, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen F. and Georgia, nee Tomkins, Kouchnerkavich, Sr., and 5 siblings.
Stephen is survived by his children, Kelly (Tim) Scott, Shelly Kouchnerkavich, and Chuck (Courtney) Kouchnerkavich; and his grandchildren, C.J. Young, Andrew Young, Carly Scott, Kassidy Scott, Dalton Kouchnerkavich, and Drew Kouchnerkavich.
Stephen’s wishes were to be cremated, and no services will be held at this time.
