Simon Hladyshewsky Obituary
Simon "Sam" Hladyshewsky, age 90, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday August 7, 2026.
Sam was born on July 18th, 1936 to the late Kazimera (Linkevicius) and Dimytro Hladyshewsky. He will be remembered by many for his service, compassion, humility, kindness and dedication to helping others.
He is survived by his wife Karen, son James (Tami), daughter Jenita, grandkids Jordan (Alleah), Joshua, Jacob, Madi, Morgan, Molly and great granddaughter Isabella.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Catholic Urban Programs or Karla Smith Behavioral Health.
