Sharon Rose McCormack

Sharon R. McCormack, nee Grizzanti, age 77, of Swansea, IL, formerly of Belleville, IL, born on September 29, 1946, in St. Louis, MO, died on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Cambridge House in Swansea, IL.

Sharon loved teaching parochial grade school children, and was a teacher for 35 years at Cathedral Grade School, Belleville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carol and LaVerne, nee Fesenmeyer Grizzanti.

Sharon is survived by her son, Bryan McCormack (Amanda Holtman) of O’Fallon, IL; her granddaughter, Kally Marie McCormack; many loving nieces and nephews; and her former husband, Tom McCormack of Swansea, IL.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
