Sharon L. Botzman

Sharon L. Botzman, nee Keller, age 77, of Belleville, IL, born on June 10, 1946, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at her residence.

Sharon worked for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in St. Louis, Missouri for 33 years.  She was an avid reader, watched soap operas, loved crossword puzzles, word searches, Sudoku and coloring pictures. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, George P. and Mildred, nee Pretzel Keller.

Sharon is survived by her children, Kimberly Ann (Michael) Lopez, Heather Lynn (Randall) Julian, and Ssgt. Erik James (Shamile) Botzman; her grandchildren, Mikayla Ann (Trey) Mellon, Zachary Micheal Lopez , Xavier Paul Julian, and Liam Botzman; and her sister, Carol Ann Weidner.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the local Diabetes Association.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.
