Rosemary T. Arnold, nee Averaino, age 82, of Swansea, IL, born on November 29, 1941, in Elgin, IL, died on Monday, November 11, 2024, at her residence.
Rosemary was an accounting office association for JCPenney in Fairview Heights, IL for 28 years. She also taught water aerobics at the O’Fallon YMCA for the past 16 years. Rosemary was a great painter of folk art and gifted her pieces to her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Arnold, Jr; her son, Kenneth W. Arnold; her parents, Joseph and Lillian, nee Lullie Averaino; her sister, Amelia Badel; and her brothers, Richard Averaino and Joseph Averaino.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Rita (Paul) Ward of Centerville, OH; four grandchildren, Craig Rinderle, Dylan (Megan) Rinderle, Brittany Arnold and Taylor Arnold; two great-grandchildren, Hudson Rinderle, and McKenzie Rinderle; and her brother, Lewis (Leanne) Averaino.
Memorials can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fairview Heights, IL.
Visitation will be held on Monday November 18, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.
Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fairview Heights, IL.
