Pamela M. LaFuria

Pamela M. LaFuria, nee Parnell, age 57, of Belleville, IL, born on March 19, 1963 in Murphysboro, IL, died on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at her residence.

Pam was a server at Ramon’s Restaurant in Collinsville, IL, and Casa Azteca in O’Fallon, IL. She was a loving wife to her husband, proud mother of her two daughters and adoring Grammy to her grandson, Joel. Pam had always been the first to offer a helping hand to anyone in her family and the only person who could fix a bad day with her brownies and gooey butter cookies. She always cared deeply for her family and will be dearly missed by her loved ones. We will cherish the day when we can meet again.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Carol, nee Carlock Parnell; and her brother, Terry Parnell.

Pam is survived by her husband, Tracy W. LaFuria; her daughters, Jillian (David) Kasten of Belleville, IL and Melynda (Robert) Wolff, Jr., of Brighton, IL; her grandson, Joel Wolff; and her siblings, Jerry (Pat) Parnell, Charles (Linda) Parnell, John Parnell, Vicki (Randy) Evans, Richard Parnell, and Carla (Roger) Wilkinson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to American Liver Association.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL. 

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Gary Anderson officiating.  Cremation will follow services.
