Ollie Mae Tolson, age 83, of East St. Louis, IL, born on March 3, 1943, in Yellow Pine AL, died on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Belleville Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Titus Lee Tolson, Sr; her parents, Arthur and Clemmie McCann, nee Miles; and her sister, Cora Berry.

Ollie is survived by her children, Titus L. Tolson, Jr; Kimberly R. (Edwin) Franklin, John A. (Kedra) Tolson, and Stephanie E. Tolson; her granddaughter, Kelsey M. Tolson; her siblings, Arthur McCann, Marvin McCann, Lucille Franks, and Albert McCann; and a host of other family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the American Diabetes Association.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.   

A Private Interment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
