Niki and I worked at American Bottoms Wastewater Treatment for several years. She was a free spirited woman whom I felt blessed to know. I told her once that she always surprised me with all the array of colors she put in her hair that were actually very flattering and a sure sign of her sense of humor and light-hearted nature. She will be missed by all those she touched directly, by knowing her, and by those she help, without ever having known her personally. My condolence and deep regrets to her family and her friends.
