Michael J. "Mikey" Dour

Michael Jon “Mikey” Dour, age 31, of Troy, IL, born on December 24, 1994, in Breese, IL, died on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

Michael was often found tinkering with something. Whether it be his beloved truck, four wheelers, a customer or friends’ vehicle. He loved going to concerts and hockey games with Katelyn. He loved his daughters more than anything and was often seen letting them give him makeovers or playing board games with them. When he wasn’t doing any of those things, you could find him fishing, hunting, or playing pool. He loved to be around a bonfire with his friends grilling something up for everybody. Mikey was the person that everyone knew they could call and he would drop everything to be there. He was never afraid to give you hard truths. But he also was able to light up any room he walked into and was often the life of the party. Mikey was loved and will be missed by many. 

Mikey was preceded in death by his mother, Connie S. Dour, nee Horton.

He is survived by his fiancée, Katelyn Dupuis; his daughters, Emersyn, Raelynn and Amelia; his father, Michael John Dour of Caseyville, IL; and his brothers, Keith Ragsdale and Kevin Ragsdale.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.
