Margaret A. Hall Elliott

Margaret A. Hall Elliott, age 69, of Cahokia Heights, IL, born on July 23, 1952, in Cairo, IL, died on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Margaret received many certificates from SIU-E and State Community College over her years while working.  She was a former care assistant for child day care centers in Milwaukee, WI, Cairo, IL and Washington Park, IL.  Margaret was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and great aunt.  She took over as the ”Christmas Tree Girl” after her father turned over his duties to her.

She was preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Tiney Mae, nee Scott Hall; and her siblings, Clarence Hall, Jr., Robert Hall, and Lillie Pearl Lewis.

Margaret is survived by her siblings, Aaron Hall, Tommie Baqi Hall, Jimmy R. Hall, Dorothy Kamanda, Janice Brown, and Juanita Hall.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Hal Santos officiating.  Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
