Lorena was only 42 years old and an amazing, loving, kind person to everyone that she met. She was a dedicated mother to the four children that she left behind. She was always supportive of and encouraging to her children, and she was always by their side whenever they needed her. Lorena always had a dream of owning a business, and she dedicated herself to an international store for 7 years, working diligently to meet her goal. Three years ago, her lifelong dream came true and she was finally able to purchase the store. Lorena passionately owned and operated La Tienda International, where she was the face of her business. Her friends, family, and customers are all heartbroken and shocked by the sudden news of her passing. She had a smile that could light up a dark room, if you ever had a bad day many would say talking to her made that bad day a little bit better.
Lorena recently traveled to Phoenix, Arizona from her home in Illinois where she unexpectedly passed away. We are raising money to cover the costs of returning Lorena from Arizona back to Illinois, where she can be honored by her friends and family. Lorena's dream was always to be laid to rest alongside her mother in Mexico. After we have her funeral service in Illinois, we will be sending Lorena to Mexico for her final resting place. Lorena was always trying to help everyone that she could, and now we are asking for your help. The impending costs are significant, and we are asking you all to find it in your hearts to make a contribution, whether big or small, everything helps. Thank you and may God bless you all.
