Lisa Marie D'Souza

Lisa Marie D’Souza, age 59, of Caseyville, IL, born on August 7, 1964, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Lisa was a former legal secretary for local law firms for many years.  She was devout in her faith and love of Jesus and the love of her family and friends.  We will miss her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Imogene, nee Boucher Moore; her brothers, Earl R. Moore and Charles A. “Chuck” Moore; and her niece, Lindsey Moore.

Lisa is survived by her siblings, Vickey Watts of Troy, MO and Jimmie (Diane) Moore of Collinsville, IL; her dear friend, Mary (Wayne) Simpson of Caseyville, IL; her sister-in-law, Nordys Moore of St. Louis, MO; her former husband, Mario D’Souza; and Ginger, her beloved pet, who will now live with Mary and Wayne.   She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL with Bishop Howard Bradshaw officiating.  Interment will follow in Caseyville City Cemetery, Caseyville, IL.
