Kim Greenwood

Kim Greenwood, age 57, of Granite City, IL, born on December 11, 1966, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Kim was a records retriever at Paskiewicz Litigation Services in Glen Carbon, IL for the past 7 years.  She was kindhearted and touched many lives with her generous spirit.  Kim loved music, enjoyed going to concerts with friends and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary Crossen, nee Bates.

Kim is survived by her husband, Darrin Greenwood; her children, Elizabeth Jackson of Oklahoma City, OK, John Russell, Jr., of Wood River, IL, and Jacob Russell of Lebanon, IL; her step-son, Tyler (Chelsey) Cooper of Kell, IL; 8 loving grandchildren, Brianna Johnson, London Jackson, Camille Jackson, Jayden Russell, Ezra Russell, Eleanor Russell, Alaynna Tolliver and Rayna Cooper; her father, Charles E. Crossen (Kathie) of O’Fallon, IL; her twin sister, Carmen (Michael) Baquet of Collinsville, IL, her brother, Charles (Kimberly) Crossen, Jr. of O’Fallon, IL, and her sister, LaDonna (Jeff) Gant of Winfield, MO; her sister-in-law, Genia Perry; and her brothers-in-law, Lewis Greenwood, J.C. Greenwood, Josh Greenwood, and Curtis Greenwood; and her fur babies, Turbo and Ally.  Kim is also survived by her loving nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Cremation will follow services.
