John G. Longos

John G. Longos, age 64, of Granite City, IL, born on September 24, 1957, in Athens, Greece, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at  his residence.

John worked in maintenance for the Holiday Inn, St. Louis, MO. He  was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

He was preceded in death by parents, Rev. Fr. George and Presvytera Julia Longos, nee Xanthakis.

John is survived by his brother, Alex Longos of Granite City, IL, many loving cousins, extended family, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Ss. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Swansea, IL.

Interment will be at Lakeview  Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
