Jeanne "Toni" A. Rouch

Jeanne A. “Toni” Rouch, age 95, of Belleville, IL, born on August 27, 1929 in St. Paul, MN, died on February 14, 2025.

Jeanne graduated Holy Angels Grade School in East St. Louis and was a graduate of East St. Louis Senior High School. She was the past president of Holy Angels PTA. Jeanne also was a volunteer/ treasurer for the Radio Information Services at Our Lady of the Snows Shrine, Belleville, Il.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Walter V. Rouch; her parents, Charles and Elizabeth (nee Rittinger) Lotshaw; sister-in-law, Rose Marie Wiegers; brother-in-law Joseph “Joey” Rouch.

Jeanne is survived by her children; Walter “Skip” (Kathleen) Rouch of Belleville, IL, Karen French, of Maylene, AL, Steve Rouch, of  Belleville, Il, Nita (Bob) Statler of Oakdale, IL and W.D. (Christy) Rouch of Bonne Terre, MO; her 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Catholic Urban Programs.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm at Kassly Mortuary Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 7:00 pm at Kassly Mortuary Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL. with Fr. Godfrey Mullen O.S.B. officiating.

Interment will be  at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
