Jann Cline

Jann Cline, nee Trotter, age 84, of Belleville, formerly of Cahokia, IL, born on November 29,1941, in St. Louis, MO, died on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Jann was a cosmetics consultant for many years at Famous Barr/Macy’s in St. Louis and Fairview Heights, IL. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved music, traveling, bingo, and old movies.

Jann was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Cline; her parents, Charles and Ann Trotter; and her brothers, Don Trotter and John Trotter.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, William C. Cline; her three sons, Terry Cline of North Port, Florida, Jeffrey Cline of Belleville, IL, and Jody Cline, of Wood River, IL; six grandchildren, Zachary, Andrew, Joleigh, Tiffany, Tim and Alex; and her sister, Vicki Dilworh, of St. Louis, MO.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL. Interment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
