Both Jim and Irene loved their church in their own special ways. Yes, Irene was always in "charge" She put my daughter to work before the fish fries, helping stir the spaghetti sauce and making the cole slaw, Brittany did enjoy working with them and graduated to cakes and lemonade. Jim always had a smile on his face. We will miss them.

We are deeply saddened to see of Jim’s passing away. We always enjoyed Irene and Jim while working at the dessert table at the fish fries. Irene was “in charge” and Jim would always stop by, after delivering the bread, , to see if there were “any scraps” while cutting the desserts. We especially enjoyed visiting them when we took Holy Communion to Irene. Unfortunately, with the pandemic, we lost touch with him. Please accept our sympathy and prayers.

Liz and Carolyn Vogt will have a Mass said at Holy Trinity for Jim! Jim and Irene were "characters to be reckoned with"! Besides knowing them from Church we live in the same manufactured home park!
