Gaynell Martinez

Gaynell Martinez, age 72, of Caseyville, IL, born on April 1, 1952, in Granite City, IL, died on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

Gaynell was a homemaker and seamstress.  She was a Jehovah Witness for 35 years and a member of Kingdom Hall, Collinsville, IL.  Gaynell was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend and we will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mildred, nee Hutchinson Stidham.

Gaynell is survived by her husband, Stanely Martinez; her son, Stan (Kellie) Martinez, of Fairview Heights, IL; her grandson, Aiden Martinez; and her siblings, Brenda (Doug) Wickam, Debbie (Tim) Moore, and Scott Stidham.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall, 1423 St. Clair Ave., Collinsville, IL  62234.
