So sorry to read of Gail’s passing
He was the best neighbor ever and he and his family were there for us when my husband passed away so suddenly. The Lord has a special place for him

Gail I have such great memories of working with you on the creative playground and all the Optimist meetings and projects. Thank you for all the hard work you did for Fairview Heights. Prayers for Vera and the entire family.

Gail was a great Mayor but more important he was a man of integrity and loved his family ! We worked together as Mayors and on the IML Board to make our St Clair county a great place to live. He was a mentor to me and alway available to help his residents in the city he loved. He was a friend and made the world a better place than he found it!!! Gary Graham
