Edward T. Dinan

Edward T. “Ed” Dinan, age 76, of Belleville, IL, born on May 10, 1948, in East St. Louis, IL, died on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Four Fountains Care Center, Belleville, IL.

Ed was a Vietnam War Marine Corps and Army Veteran, and he retired from maintenance at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Hazel, nee Cramer Dinan; his brothers, William Dinan, Henry Dinan, and Timothy Dinan; and his sister, Phyllis DiPrima.

Ed is survived by his children, Denise (Brent) Kraft of Cabot, AR, Christina Donahue of Lincoln, NE, Jessica Wright of Lincoln, NE, and Tom (Karen) Dinan of Belleville, IL.  He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, a great grandson, nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Kenneth York officiating.
