Dorothy "Dottie" M. (Stephens) Moody

Dottie and Everett were my favorite aunt and uncle. It was always a joy to visit them. I even got to spend a week with them. I remember walking to the park with Aunt Dottie. She would let me get ice cream from the traveling ice cream van. What a great treat! Aunt Dottie was loving and kind. She made me feel special though out my life. I think all who came in contact with her felt the same.

Very few people lit up the world like Dottie May. She is a spirit that will always be close to my heart! I miss her but see the unique exquisite traits left by her, in her children. RIP my sweet friend, you are forever loved. For the family, just know that I am always close, d

I was so sorry to learn that Dottie had died. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I knew her from the Colonnades where my husband Ken was a resident. She was always smiling and often looking for her navy blue purse. She would often sing and tell stories from her life. Sometimes her childhood, especially her father or the drug store, I pray your happy memories will comfort you at this difficult time.
