Deborah Lee Zukosky

Deborah L. Zukosky, nee McGee, age 70, of Swansea, IL, born on January 12, 1952, in Wood River, IL, died on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Deborah was the Vice President of EeJay Motor Company, East St. Louis, IL. She was a 1970 graduate of East Alton-Wood River High School. Deborah was an avid bowler and enjoyed cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.  She was a lover of all animals, especially cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Paula, nee Hubbard McGee, and her brothers, David and Denny McGee.

Deborah is survived by her husband, David L. Zukosky, whom she married on November 17, 2000; her daughter, Erin (Chad) Asprooth of Brentwood, CA; her grandchildren, Cameron and Leighton Asprooth; her sister, Becky (Steve) Floerke of Indianapolis, IN; her nieces and nephews, Karen (Dennis) Gaudreault of Granite City, IL, Amanda (Anthony) Ostendorf of Collinsville, IL, and Phillip Gaudreault of Edwardsville, IL; and her great niece and great nephew, Trenadi Bateman and Nathan Gaudreault.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022, from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral services will be held on Friday May 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM  at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL., with Pastor Michael Walther officiating.  Burial of her cremated remains will follow in Wanda Cemetery, Roxana, IL.
