Daria Garcia

Daria Garcia, age 49, of Collinsville, IL, died on Monday, September 13, 2021, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

Daria worked as a Customer Service Clerk with Goodwill Industries. She loved music and especially her family. Daria was always available to help a friend in need and was a second mom to many.

Daria was preceded in death by her father, James Orlando Quintana.

She is survived by her children, Kristian (Leticia) Garcia of Visalia, CA, Mark Garcia of Granite City, IL, Kameron Garcia of Granite City, IL, Kylee Garcia of Visalia, CA, Kiara Garcia, Dorrian Blackwell of Collinsville, IL and Sunshyne Blackwell of Collinsville, IL; her grandsons, Anthony and Kash Garcia; her mother, Eileen Garcia of Collinsville, IL; a brother, King James Orlando (Sunshine) Quintana of Pueblo, CO; and a nephew, Dominic Quintana.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL.

Masks will be required while inside the mortuary.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL, with Pastor Hal Santos officiating. Per Daria’s wishes cremation will follow the services.
