Daniel T. Hrabusicky

Daniel T. “Rabbit” Hrabusicky, age 67, of Trenton, IL, born on December 6, 1953 in East St. Louis, IL, died on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at SLU Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Rabbit was the Maintenance Supervisor with O’Hare Foundry in Maplewood, MO. He loved fishing, hunting, golfing, and making sausage, jellies, and especially, custom, homemade wines. He was loved by family and friends and was the first to volunteer for frying fish and barbecuing. He will be deeply missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin S., and Grace C., nee Romano, Hrabusicky.

Rabbit is survived by his son, Daniel T. (Stephanie) Hrabusicky, Jr., of Belleville, IL; his daughter Erica (Thomas) Arrowsmith of Collinsville, IL; 2 grandchildren, Emma Hrabusicky, and Roman Arrowsmith; his stepchildren, Jason, Josh, Tina, and Tricia Totten; his 2 special adopted children, Justin and Cassie; his brothers and sisters, Marty Hrabusicky, Larry (Cheryl) Hrabusicky, Jimmy (Denise) Hrabusicky, Marianne Marshall, Diane (Roger) Beatte, and Joe Hrabusicky. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., with Fr. Bill McGhee officiating. Cremation will follow services.
