Christian Scott Emmerich, age 51, of O’Fallon, IL, born on June 24, 1975, in Belleville, IL, died on Friday, July 10, 2026, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Christian was a 25-year member of Boilermakers Union Local #363 in Belleville, IL.  He enjoyed traveling and being with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Deborah, nee Walker Emmerich; and his niece, Ashley Emmerich.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Marie Emmerich, nee McGarvy; his children from his marriage with Anna, Madison (Jonathan) Keppler, Jack Emmerich, Cole Emmerich, and Christian Samuel Emmerich; three other children, Brittany (Vince) Whittenburg, Tyler Emmerich, and Z. Emmerich; his grandchildren, Bailey, Eli, and Marley; his siblings, Paul (Tyanna) Emmerich, Tina Emmerich (Rob Tomlin), and Brian (Marsha) Emmerich; and his grandmother, Ida Hendy.

Donations may be made to the Emmerich Family.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Cass Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
