Charles Franklin Scovill, age 77, of Collinsville, IL, born on March 31, 1948, died on November 26, 2025, at his home.
Charles was a Prophetic Evangelist. He attended Legacy Revival Center in Collinsville, IL. He was on several bowling leagues, loved to fish, watch old westerns and loved being with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo, nee Coleson Scovill; his daughter, Dianna ”Dee Dee” Stone; his granddaughter, Amanda Duke; his parents, Herschel and Dorothy Scovill; and his sisters, Rita Fern Scovill and Gayle Campbell.
Charles is survived by his children, Kathy Woods of St. Louis, MO, Lisa (David) Ray of Granite City, IL, Pam Sage (Mark Sayer) of Gig Harbon, WA, Charles Scovill, Jr. of Granite City, IL, and Kelly (Joshua) Brown of Gresham, OR; loving grandchildren; loving great grandchildren; and his siblings, Herschel “Bob” (Mary) Scovill of Colony, KS, Lila Baker of Iola, KS, and John (Cindy) Scovill of Humboldt, KS.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL., with Pastor Dan Duff officiating. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
