Catherine "Cat" Norine

Catherine “Cat” Norine, age 60, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on March 26, 1965, in San Diego, CA, died on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Cat was a freelance photographer and an accomplished artist.  She was very proud of her Muscogee Creek Nation Heritage.  She was a massive animal rights promotor and animal lover.  Cat was a loving daughter, sister, mom and everyone loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary J., nee Vore Richardson.

Cat is survived by her son, Nicholas S. Coambes of Fairview Heights, IL; her father, Park Addison McKellop of West, VA; her siblings, Park McKellop and Rebecca (Erika) Parker; and her niece and nephews, Robbyn McKellopp, Dagan Parker and Paxton Parker.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
