Barbara J. "Bobbie" Bova

Barbara J. “Bobbie” Bova, age 69, of Fairview Heights, IL, born on November 6, 1955, in St. Louis, MO, died on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Bobbie worked as a parts manager and in human resources for Progress Rail/Caterpillar for many years.  She enjoyed fishing, solving word problems, cruise ships, and most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Imogene, nee Amick Wilkenson; and her siblings, Gary Rogers and Sheila Wilkinson.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Bova and Nicole Bova; her partner, Eugene J. Royer; and her grandchildren, Alexis Bova, Alex Hersman, Abbie Hersman, and Aubreyana Scruggs.

Per Barbara’s wishes, no services will be held.
