Veronica M. Green

Veronica M. Green, age 90, of Caseyville, IL, born on August 3, 1928 in Frankenstein, MO died on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at her residence with her family at her side.

She was a devoted wife and mother to her family. Veronica was the owner/operator of Green’s Upholstery for nearly 30 years. She was very active in her parish as a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church Blue Army, St. Ann’s Altar Society and the Heavenly Dusters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Green Sr.; her parents, Joseph and Ida nee, Haslag, Dudenhoeffer; her brothers Joseph Dudenhoeffer and Lawrence Dudenhoeffer; her sisters Margaret Glavin, Anna Marie Dudenhoeffer and Theresa Murphy.  

Veronica is survived by her children, Kevin (Gwen) McComy of St. Louis, MO, Marie (Tom) Rudy of Caseyville, IL, Judy (Jeff) Allison of Caseyville, IL, Diane (John) Sieling of Caseyville, IL, Chuck (Melody) Green, Jr. of Caseyville, IL, Rich (Alice) Green of Collinsville, IL and Bill (Tracy) Green of Edwardsville, IL.  She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred to Family Hospice or to Holy Trinity Catholic Church in the form of masses.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Kassly Mortuary, Ltd., Fairview Heights, IL.  

Visitation will also be held from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 28 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fairview Heights, IL

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fairview Heights, IL with Fr, James Nall officiating.  Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
