Terry A. Mattison

So sorry to hear this. His mother, Eva Kline Mattison was my first cousin. Terry grew up just down the block from me. I moved away and lost track of the family.

Terry was a remarkable colleague and collaborator who maintained the a high level of guality over the course of his career at HOK. He has contributed to improving the quality of the built environment and left a legacy of numerous architectural and interior built environments that people will enjoy for years to come. In additon, his legacy includes mentorship and guidance of younger architects who benefited greatly by his life work. He will be missed by members of firm and especially by his Project Specifications Colleagues.

TJ and Travis, my heart goes out to you. Even when you know it's coming, it's emotionally difficult to lose your dad. Perhaps you can find some comfort in knowing your dad and mom are now in each others' arms. They always talked about and were so proud of the two of you.

Terry ... longtime coworker and friend ... you will be missed. I enjoyed my early morning visits with you to discuss spec items, but also to shoot the breeze about yard work, Christmas decorations, and family. Rest in peace, my friend.
