Sandra Sue Moore

Sandra Sue Moore, nee Mathis, age 77, of Collinsville, IL, born on September 23, 1942 in Metropolis, IL, died on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Sandra was a homemaker, but recently worked at the General Motors Plant, St. Louis, MO.  She loved her family and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lafayette and Elvestus Mathis, nee Adkins; two brothers and three sisters.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 59 years, Wayne Moore; her children, Wayne Moore, Jr., Bonnie Kern, Regina (Jerome) Mims and D’Andra (John) Cline; her grandchildren, Wayne H. Moore, Jr., Shannon Moore, Marlana Freimuth (Thomas), Casandra (Roger) Barnes, Gabrielle (Brandon) Hayes and Austin (Elizabeth) Tettaton; her great-grandchildren, Haylie, Gavin, Olivia, Sandra, Anthony, Alice, Trenton “Bear”, Gracie, Chase, Aubrea, Bentley, Hunter and Braelynn; and her sister, Rosemary Skiles.

Per Sandra’s wishes, she will be cremated.  A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
